NOC Manager

Mark is an experienced Senior System Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the computer networking industry. He is skilled in Storage Area Network (SAN), Domain Name System (DNS), Troubleshooting, Technical Support, and Microsoft Server Support. Mark graduated from University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Service Level Options

We offer two levels of NOC services for workstations, and three levels of NOC services for core infrastructure devices such as physical and virtual servers and network devices of any size or complexity.
